Due to the custom and original nature of artwork and creative services, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below. By purchasing artwork or booking services with Courtlyn Harris Art, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Deposits for Custom Work
All custom projects, including canvas commissions, murals, digital design, and website services, require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.
- The deposit covers time, planning, and initial creative development.
Custom Artwork & Commissions
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
Project Information
Murals
For mural projects:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If a project is canceled after materials have been purchased, the client may be responsible for material costs.
- Weather delays or scheduling adjustments do not qualify for refunds.
- Completed murals are non-refundable.
Digital Design & Website Services
Due to the time-intensive and customized nature of digital work:
- All digital design services are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Final files will only be delivered upon full payment.
- If a client cancels mid-project, payment for completed work and time invested remains due.
Prints & Physical Products
All print sales are final.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:
- The item arrives damaged, and
- The client contacts us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof.
If approved, a replacement will be issued. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Courtlyn Harris Art.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Courtlyn Harris Art is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages once marked as delivered
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Courtlyn Harris Art, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized chargebacks for valid transactions may result in legal action and recovery of associated fees.
Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed to in writing.
